Simon Dunmore (below) owner at Defected offices
Simon Dunmore founder/owner of one of the world’s most respected House music label has sold his business for an undisclosed amount to Pinnacle bank.
As of July 29, 2022 newly appointed CEO Wez Saunders has taken on the day-to-day operations. Wez is no stranger to the company, being that he has been with Defected records for the last eight years working as managing director along with other positions.
Saunders was an investment banker with Deutsche Bank for over a decade prior to joining Defected records.
Simon with continue to work alongside Saunders as and A&R consultant to help the company steer towards their next business chapter.
